certainly more than what meets the eye here, i dont believe i can

the former reviewer seems to be fond of cutting and pasting the
same review for every park slope eatery, and has obviously never
dined at 'second street' which is by no means a diner,
nor does it serve diner fare.

having lived in park slope for 7 years, this reviewer can honestly
tout second street as one of the best all-around venues for a casual
breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner in the neighborhood.

one waits to be seated next to the espresso bar and café bakery
case which lauds a fantastic array of cakes, pies and other drool-worthy,
post-main meal yummies. once seated, each table comes equipped
with a bucket of crayons which customers of all ages are encouraged
to put to use on their paper tablecloths---as evidenced by the
myriads of crayoned masterpieces which plaster the café walls.
