This is a Salvadorian restaurant! The Mexican food is
pretty good, but the Salvadorian shines. Excellent
Papusas.(I love the cheese) If you're thinking of buying
a burger somewhere, stop, and get the Quesadila Suissa
at La Bamba. But it's the Salvadorian Tamale, wrapped in
a banana leaf, that the made the Ten Best Dishes List,
and I agree! For something different, try the Plantains
in Crema. Wonderful folks too!
