This isnt really a steak house, but more a French bistro with a
steak on the menu. The food is very good and very traditional french,
but probably over priced for what you get. The decor is nice, but
the staff is soso

This place will never compare withn the grat steakhouses of New
York (Sparks, Keens, and The Old Homestead, but for what it is
and for the price its a great dining alternative.
I often sit down to a great appetizer of fresh oysters or frisee
salad with bleu cheese and bacon and then move into the eponymous
Steak Frites entree. The thinnish shell steak has great flavor
and is served with thin crispy frites (some of the best I've ever
had). The solid wine list is a plus. But, the "I'll abandon your
table if my agent calls" service isn't. If you're not a beefeater,
the place makes a wonderful raost chicken.
