Chef Layne Wootten has done an outstanding job with this restaurant.
It has a rustic atmosphere with sawdust on the floor and is well
complemented with blown up photographs of the area dating back
to it's founding. Menu is centered around BBQ, with emphasis
placed on beef and chicken. I am an ole BBQ lover
from way back, having sampled it all accross this country, as
well as, from my own pit

This is a really good restaurant. It is clean and has a friendly
crowd. It is decorated nicely and the staff is very friendly.
The food is very good and the portions and price are just right.
Having the bar in the brewery is an interesting atmosphere. There
is a wide assortment of beer and ales to choose from and the staff
can explain every combination to you.
