First off, I say $30 to $40 per person because, like any good steak house, everything here is a la carte. I had a filet mignon, cooked to perfection, which was around $26.00 the sides are pricey too, and by the time you add a drink you are up to about $40 per person and that's not including dessert. It was quite good and we'd go back if ever in NYC again.

One of the best steakhouses that I have experienced. The filet mignon is always cooked to perfection, but it doesn't stop there; My wife typically orders the salmon which is exceptional. Quality food, good service and a great open atmosphere. Pricing isn't necessarilly on the low side, but you get what you pay for...

Good steak not the best. Room way too large, very noisy and no fun. Staff was ok not as good as should be at these prices.

One Of The Best Steakhouses in NYC... Take the 4 , 5, 6, N, or R, trains to Union Square and "RUN" down to Angelo & Maxies Steakhouse! And I mean "RUN" because if you don't you might not get a table. If you'll a "Steak Lover" as I am then you'll love their steaks...

A little pricey, but the best steaks this side of ANYWHERE! Someone once said that you should "RUN" to Angelo and Maxies......I say RUN, BIKE, SKATE or ROCKET it down to Angelo and Maxies......because there's nothing like it. Oh yeah, and to all you CIGAR lovers out there.....there's a room in the back just for you. Hope to see you there. I'll be sipping the Merlot, or Sauvignon Blanc.
