Great place to go for a delicous but inexpensive meal. Service is excellent. Very hardy portions. I've also used there catering services which was also great.

Sometimes their food is not that great, but the service is friendly and they are open late. Prices aren't too high either! This is a typical diner setting. I've NEVER has a wait when I've gone, I guess J M hit them on a bad day :/

I was impressed overall by the Fontainbleau Diner. Although I had to wait 15 minutes for a table, the service was pretty good - I got my meal in 15 minutes, and the waiter looked good too! (I gave him a nice tip :-)! Fontainbleau is a family diner and is open until late night - usually until around 1am or so. The cuisine is American, the crowd is normal, and this is a great place to take a date, or a few friends - fairway golf center is just down the street, as are the bowling alley, the movie theatre, and other fine attractions that Piscataway has to offer! I hope you enjoy the experience just as much as I did - and if you're lucky - maybe you'll get my waiter!!!
