The steaks are usually good if you order them medium to medium rear, sometimes then are tender and sometimes they are tough, that comes with less expensive grades of meat. For the price it can't be beat if you get a tender piece. That is why this review is rated as good. The atmosphere is noisy, don't go there on a Friday or Saturday.

Nice pleasant family atmosphere with some great food with great prices that won't hurt the family budget. Even though it is a steakhouse i highly recommend you try the salmon it is excellent. The steak is also top notch. Ask for a side of gilled onions they compliment the steak without a doubt. Even though it is very busy there the service is excellent and attentive. give them a try.

This restaurant is hard to beat for a delicious steak of incredible proportions. The Delmonico and the NY strip are fantastic for the price. The crisp & crunchy deli pickles, slaw & hot peppers that grace each table are a nice surprise. It's a no frills place with good service and great food. The prime rib is also an excellent choice. No matter what entree you choose you're bound to take home at least half. It's only drawback is that there isn't a non-smoking section.

Excellent value.. For $12.00 I had the 24 oz steak. It was tender and the potato was warm and moist.''' We also had the garlic bread which melted in my mouth. For under 30.00 we had left overs for 2 days!! A great value and friendly service.. If you like steak and don't want to spend alot go to ALEXUS its the best : )

I enjoyed Alexus very much. Very casual. Had the Prime Rib, 12 oz. for $9.95. Included choice of Baked Potato, Rice or Steak Fries. The Prime Rib was tender, tasty and done to perfection. My dinner companion enjoyed the same. I recommend to anyone, take Rte. 3E. to the 46/3 Valley Intersection, get off at Valley, turn around and its rt. on the left. Easy access. There is no non-smoking, but ask to sit away from the bar and you should be ok.
