My sister is haveing her wedding reception at chelos and what sold us was the food and the beauty of chelos at the water frontT the service was wonderful I recommend Chelos to everyone I talk to.

Four of us were seated by 1st person, did not have a menu. A 2nd person came with menus & took our drink order. Two couples were seated at next table at this time. 3rd. person came to take our order, he had hands was a stack of plates in his . We decided then that the tip would be 10% or less. 4th person came and wanted to know if we had been waited on. The neighboring couples got food, we didn't have drinks. The discussed tip was dropped from 10% to 5%. Finally food and drink came but by 5th and 6th servers. My baked potato was over baked to the point of green. No salad dressing, butter, sour cream or roll. No refill was offered. No desert was offered. Had to ask for the bill. How much did we tip? 0%

Ordered 2 lobster rolls in person at takeout counter to eat at the airport (for myself and wife). Girl at desk checked to make sure they were the correct items before we left. Got to airport, one item was the lobster roll, the other was some gross fried fish thing. Called back immediately (but I had no recourse since my plane left in 1 hour), they basically said tough luck. Needless to say, I will cancel my VISA payment to them.

If you can overlook the smugness of this fine restaurant good luck. The food is good as is all of Chelo's restaurant's. I just don't like don't like the one at Dr. it's not the food it's the clientel.

Another location for this chain. Everything is just like all the others, except for the service. It is slow at times and not as friendly as their locations. Still a nice place to hang and have fun; the patrons are really great.
