The food was weird. I had enchiladas and when the plate arrived I had no idea what I was looking at, it was awful. The service was also slow and we had to wait for almost ten minutes before anyone even came over to our table.

Very weird combo of mixing Irish and Mexican and frankly it just doesn't work. The staff was fiendly and the service was good, but the entrees are just bland and just not worth the price they charge.

Good Tex-Mex food and always good service as usual. Best thing to get at Carlos' is a margarita with premium tequila. Very good.

This was OK I have had better Mex but then I have had a lot worse. I would probably go back if I were in Lincoln much

True to the chain's other restaurants, this Tex-Mex food isn't bad. Service as always decent. Food was well-prepared. Worth a try. Great margaritas!

If your looking for cheep mexican and alot of it this is the place. they have huge servings and the food is good.

The food is pretty good, especially their sopapillas. I'm not much of a Mexican food eater so I pretty much get the same thing every time my family goes. There isn't much on the menu for someone like me, but their taco salad is pretty good, although I always have to ask for extra dressing. Their service lacks personality and efficiency. Even between lunch and dinner they seem pretty busy though. It's in a great location for businesses.

Chain-restaurant Mexican. Was not impressed the first 2 times I was here, but the latest time was better. Food was more flavorful in comparison. "Americanized Tex Mex" is what I call it. Helpings seem pretty big, but the service is still lacking--it has been slow all 3 times. It always seems busy, and is located in the hot "North 27th & Superior" area of "lots of shopping and new construction." There are many new hotels nearby, so it should continue to attract business if it does things right.
