No Kozo's on the mainland, but I used to go here at least once
a week. Always good quality, always great service. But above
all, always tasty. When I come back to visit, I hit this place at
least once!

I used to go there to buy sushi all the time. They make it right after
you order it. I miss buying sushi from them, because there is none
over here on the big island.

But you can't leave here without spending more!
Good food, good service, quick in and out...
like the others in this operation. Stop by
if you like sushi.

Typically a take out restaurant with very little seating, this
still does not discount the speedy service and the excellent
handroll sushi they have. Honestly, if you are looking for good
quality nigiri sushi, I'd suggest Genki's or Catch of The Day
but if you need something for a picnic or a circle island long drive
and want an alternative to sandwiches... then Kozo is the place!
They have EXCELLENT handrolls with special packaging that seperate
the rice from the nori (seaweed wrapper) so when you decide to
eat the roll, the nori remains crisp and flavorful. One thing
I just love to do is buy some rolls and have a picnic right across
the street at the Old Stadium park...
