Best family dinner on Maui. Prices for dinner very resonable for the
area. Food quality great. I would recomend this restaurant to anyone
who wants great food at a decent price. The views are terrific and the
staff is friendly and efficient. One of the best restaurants on Maui.
Make sure you try the Hula Pie (save room because its big).

Okay, for starters, the restaurant has a great view of the setting
sun, the island of Lana'i in the distance, and the ocean lapping
up against the deck pillars all day long. Great. But, this is a
restaurant, not a cruise ship....the food is borderline sustenance.
It is not seasoned properly, overcooked, oversized and is meant
to fill you up so the server need not return to the table. They have
trees that occasionally drop tamarind-shaped pods right in
the middle of your meal and the server's stations must be 4-7 tables,
cause you'll never see them again, once the food is dropped off.
But they love it when you order more drinks...go figure.
I can't stop anyone from enjoying the view, but give me a break
when it comes to enjoying a quality meal. They just don't have
it at this place or any of the TS restaurants. I do love their views,
however.

This is a GREAT place for lunch! I had a great ono sandwich with
their waffle fries. Of course, the HULA PIE is the best thing there!
We only spent $30 for 2 - not bad for Maui.

Yes, the veiw is great but the food is barely average. I want to
know who are the people who rated this resturaunt so high??
The atmosphere is nice, but food and service are marginal at best.
This is coming from someone who has dined with some of the best
chef's in the world.

We went early, watched the sun set from the deck, and had a fabulous
dinner. The Ono was the best fish I've had prepared in Maui. The
service was good, very efficient, kept the water glasses filled.
The price was better than most of the other tourist destination
places.

What a gorgeous place. The deck is incredibly romantic. The view
of the ocean combined with the wonderful seafood melts into an
unforgettable experience. Good service and reasonable prices.
Thanks Kimo's!

I didn't get to go with my parents when my Dad earned a trip to Hawaii
through Isuzu. However, Dad came back with some of the coolest
"place" t-shirts I've seen.
My brothers was simple, a logo featuring the motto: "Seafood*Steaks*Grog."
And a traveler's guide indeed says Kimo's is THE place for steak,
seafood and grog. Also Koala pork...says, "If you haven't been
to Kimo's, you haven't been to Lahaina."
My shirt featured a semi-bare-breasted native girl on one side
and Kimo's-Home of the Hula Pie on the other.
Maybe I'll make it there myself one day.

This resturart is wonderful. The view from the deck at sunset
is magnificant. A must to order is the 32 oz prime rib. The cut is
large enough to have sandwiches for lunch for several days.

I love going to this restaurant right at sunset. They have a wonderful,
deck overlooking the water. Food is decent, not too expensive
and service is usually efficient. They do close the restaurant
during the middle of the day and will only serve off the appetizer
menu during that time.
