Very good place. Expected a 'tourist' spot with minor effort at satisfying the customer, but it was a realy pleasant place to dine.....and the food was definitely above average too!! Four of us really liked it!! Wouldn't hesitate returning.

This is a great place to meet people. Open atmosphere with great people watching. The food is good and the service is as well. There is great entertainment and a nice ocean view. The prices are a bit high but that is what you get when you dine so close to hotels. lol

There are two dining options at Hula Grill. They have a nice restaurant and a casual dining area. I prefer the casual dining area because it is right out by the beach and parts of it even have a sand bottom. During the afternoons they often have hula dancers. Their menu is unique and delicious. The casual dining area is reasonable priced. The nice dining area is a bit higher with entrees between $20-$30. The location is convienent for all Kaanapali hotels as they are located on the beach at Whalers Village.
