Had to get a home town favorite when we were there. I loved the pizza.
Makes you feel like you are back in Chicage.....If you want to feel that
way in Hawaii.

I'd have to agree with the meatball sandwich factor...it
blows others away! Very nice upbeat place, full of healthy people,
and good times.

great pasta, but overcrowded especially around Ironman time,
everyone looking for carbs needs to visit this one...

The only thing gormet here was the price.

We should have gone to the grocery store and bought microwave
dinners

I had the absolute worst pasta ever at this supposedly Italian
eatery. The drinks were expensive and small and the service slower
than most Hawaiian places.
We felt like we wasted an evening.

Well, the pizza's pretty good, but there's no beating
their meatball sandwich! There's a reason all the ironman
contestants frequent this place in October... lots of good food
for the buck, haven't been to the new location, but am eager
to go when I come home!

Well, tonite we ate here and after eating at Sibu Cafe on Monday,
a luau yesterday, we were due for a let down.
Nice place. Poor service. Less than average food. The food and
the presentation did not match the descriptions in the nice menu
or in the reviews.
A let down.

the pizza we ordered took forever even though the place was half
empty. It was not hot and when we asked the waitress to take it back
and heat it up she gave us a big sigh and took it away for a full 14
minutes.
the crust was soggy and the prices high.

Best food in Kailua-Kona! Really! I have tried them all. Bianelli's
is consistantly great. They moved last November 2002 from The
Pines off Nani-Kailua to a larger location. They are now on Kuakini
Hwy, between Henry and Palani, where the old Kona Ranch House
used to be.
They have a full bar, Happy Hour drink and food specials Monday
through Friday from 4 P.M to 6 P.M. I am looking forward to going
and watching Monday Night Football there!
The food is out of this world! The pizzas are superb. They make
all of their pastas fresh daily and for $9.95 you can get all you
can eat pasta. You can change the type of pasta and sauce with each
reorder. For example I like the basil shells in pink sauce with
italian sausage. When I reordered I tried the linguini with the
red clam sauce with sauted mushrooms. It was to die for!
I have dined there at least 20 times and everyone from the hostess
to the servers, cooks, etc. have been extremely helpful and friendly.

One of the best pizzas anywhere! We stop here at least once every
time we're in Kona.
