This has got to be the worst mexican food I have ever had. Maybe I've been spoiled with the authentic mexican food in CA, but I could make better food than what we ate at Chelo's. I had a enchilada dinner. The cheese was american cheese that tasted like it was Kraft singles mixed with Cheez Wiz. What happened to Cheddar?? THe beans taste like they are straight out of a can too. The service was fine but we would never eat here again due to the taste of the food. None of us could even finish our plates.

The food that chelo's serves is excellent...every time we go to laramie, we choose to go to Chelo's for dinner..The service is quick and friendly..The food is excellent and served quickly. The dining area is small, so you may have to wait..I would recommend Chelo's to anyone going through laramie...

For a small town this is great food! The food is always grea and service, besides the ever present waiting list, is good. The food is worth the wait! So plan ahead come a little early and you will have a great dinner!

This place has great mexican food for a reasonable price. Located in western Laramie and hidden a bit next to Ed's Bar. There is usually a line waiting to get into this place so get there early.

Great Mexican food, good service, best prices in Laramie. Chelo's gets high marks, though seating is limited and parking can be even worse. Inconveniently, Chelo's does not serve alcohol, but if you're so much of a sot that you can't drink iced tea just this once, get your order to go and walk across the street to the bar (This bar is used to it, believe me). Chelo's has a quiet family atmosphere, but is also a good place to take a date. You'll forget all about the wait once you get your combination plate!

I have been to this mexican restaraunt on many occasions while in Laramie, and it has always been a wonderful place for great food. The staff is always wonderful all the way down to the cooks. If you want to know about prices, you cannot beat it at any other Mexican restaraunt in the Laramie area !!! The only thing that got it 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of room. Sometimes you have to wait to get a table, but it is always worth it ! I recommend Chelo's to everyone !
