Great fresh nacho chips with fresh salsa while you wait for your table, and grab a cold beer or margarita. While you wait you are surrounded by cases of Corona. A great atmosphere for a wonderful meal to follow. They are know for the Fajitas. What an experience time and time again. Authentic, no, Fajitas are not an authentic Mexican dish. If you want authentic then you need to find a place which serves typical Mexican food where they also serve Nopales (cactus), and other goodies. But don't confused about Tex Mex and Mexican they are not meant to be the same.

This place is over all the best to me. the food was very good. i loved it a lot. wait staff was always there to ask if you needed anything. very clean as well. the place was very busy i could see why.

This is excellent tex-mex which is reasonably priced and served with pride. This Houston-based restaurant is the premier for five star mexican food. Fajitas are their signature, but Chile Rellenos are equally great, or try the classic enchiladas. Top shelf margartitas and flan complete the dining experience.

This is where we go to eat Mexican food if we're only ever eating one more Mexican meal. They are definitely over-priced, but they know it and they don't care. The fajitas, sides, freshly made flour tortillas and salsa are pretty much the best you can get. Even their drinks are top notch! Just don't go during peak times and expect to get a table any time soon.

Great Cabirito. The best I have ever had. Best black I have ever ate at! 10 Thumbs up although I only have 2 thumbs! Kindy pricy. Great atmosphre! I recommend this place to anyone. Nice people and service.

What makes Pappasito's better than any other place in Austin for Mexican food? Beats me. The service was rather slow, the food was rather average- nothing to leave me with a lasting impression. But when you see the menu, you realize how overpriced it is. One would be better served by visiting Chuy's or another chain Mexican restaurant.
