The Dry Dock has the best crawfish in Texas!!! If you go in the beginning of the season you can get some real big ones. I used to go every week to get them during the season about 4 years ago and a guy fron New Orleans would bring the Crawfish every Thursday adn cook them for them. OMG!! I hav yet to find a place in SA that can beat this place. And thats coming from a man who's from Picayune, MS!!!!

This is a update to all viewers: the oysters are now $6.95 a dozen , $1 cheaper on happy hour.. They have become way over priced and it's only a value if you are in the neighborhood and don't feel like driving to the place on Basse. My meal alone was $26.00... Dry Dock needs to lower their prices to obtain or keep business.

Nice little seafood/bar. I like the oyster sandwiches and sitting out on the patio as I feel it is a little crowded on the inside. I have never brought the kids as I don't find it a family atmosphere because of the alcohol sales. I would recommend it!

The staff is friendly. They have great specials. Monday night is my favorite. Oysters on the half shell for 3.95 a dozen. Schooners of beer and cold. All around sea food place. Can dress as you like.

Iyou like seafood ths is a good and inexpensive place to dine. I have only been here once due to the distance. I did enjoy myself and the beer.

Dry dock is a good place for casual, inexpensive seafood. Thursday night is the time to go--all you can eat shrimp and a pitcher of beer. Eating out on the patio is nice except the traffic on Fredricksburg road is pretty heavy. Recommend you give it a try.
