Pasta anyone? Pasta, pasta, every possible way you could imagine. And the bread is so incredible to dip and enjoy in the olive oil and spices while you wait, but just don't fill up on bread. These entrees are worth saving some room for. Did someone say "dessert"? You definitely want to save a little room for dessert, even if you decide to share it.

Carino's offers your fine Italian food at it's best. This place does not even compare to Olive Garden. Carino's food offers the illusion of being in Italy! The decor is amazing, you will love the tiles floors and the excellent seating. As with any Italian restaurant you receive freshly baked bread when you first sit down. Carino's gives you something a little different. You get the fresh baked bread with a dipping sauce that contains Olive Oil and seasonings. All I can say is Excellent!

this is a very nice place to go and eat. service is very good and the food is better than average . i also like the skillet fried pasta and sausage. my family always has a good time when we go there.

The food quality has declined since its opening, but overall it is decent food with decent service. I would not reccomend it to a die- hard italian food lover. Its location is average, most of the resturants in this area are slightly difficult to get to. On the weekend, expect to wait at least 20-45 mins for a table, smoking or non.

Olive Garden is a distant second to Carino's for food quality, service and atmosphere. The only problem is the location, along with all the other restaurants on the access road. I hate dodging the traffic coming off the freeway. I highly recommend Carino's if you can avoid heavy traffic times

Excellent bread & "sun-butter". Fantastic bruschetta, great service (everytime) and fabulous shrimp primavera. This was a weekly dinig experience when we lived in the area. I would recommend this for business lunches as well as a place to take out of town guests. Consistently good to excellent food & service. We would visit from St. Louis just to go to dinner here.
