Payton Creek is the best place to go when it comes to a buffet and good food! It's not expensive at all. Customer service is great and there is always a full house! If you haven't tried it, you need too! You will LOVE IT!

Payton Creek has great food and service. It's only $13.58 for an adult that includes tax and a drink, it's $12.50 I believe without a drink. It's $12.50 for a senior that includes tax and a drink and it's $11.17 without a drink. It's $5 for kids ages 5-8 and I believe $7 for kids ages 9-12 and kids under 5 eat free! I am one of the employees there, I'm usually at the cash register on Fridays and Saturdays. We are 4 days a week: Wednesday 4:30pm-8pm, Thursday 4:30pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-8:30pm, and Saturday 4pm-8:30pm

Payton Creek is a buffet-style restaurant that serves down-home Southern cooking. Choices include fried quail, catfish, and chicken tenders; beef brisket; peel-n-eat shrimp; pickled green tomatoes, cole slaw, and potato salad; hushpuppies, fried mushrooms, okra, and potato strips; a delectable gumbo; and soft-serve ice cream for dessert. My favorite item is the fried pickle slices. Opens at 4:30 Tuesday-Saturday. Tues. and Wed. nights are the quietest. Buffet w/ drink is $9-10 per person. The most excellent seafood buffet ever! You get all you can eat and it fills you up. The only bad thing is that it is always busy so you have to wait for your table sometimes.
