All you can eat chips and salsa, need I say more. I love the salsa here, very fresh tasting. It is a very good place to eat and have a fun evening. We visit here quite often. I have never had a bad meal, but im a fan of the american mexican food. As long as its cheesy I love it.

Don't worry, everything will be all-white. This is NOT authentic mexican food. This is cheap white folk Tex-Mex knock-off. I ordered a beef burrito and a tamal. My wife had a cheese enchilada and a bean and cheese taco. I'll start with the positives. The service was adequate, and we were seated and attended promptly. The food was out relatively fast, and the beans and rice side dishes were tasty. The rest of the dinners were very poor. The beef burrito was simply a tortilla filled with nothing buy mildly seasoned, way too dry and way too crumbly ground beef and topped with melted cheese. It was edible, but seriously lacking in flavor and the quality was poor. The tamal was just terrible. It was tough and dry and filled with the same bland ground meat filling as the burrito. I've heard of pork and chicken tamales, but never a ground beef. My wife noted an unpleasant aftertaste in her food, and hers was nothing but beans and cheese and tortilla. I understand tha ... more

Really can you screw up mexican. There is a lot of cheese, a lot of taste, and a lot of margaritas. Need i say more. I love the fun atmosphere that you get at a mexican joint

This restaurant is a long time favorite, back from my teen age years when they used to have bands on the weekends! Enjoy it now even more since I can have the margaritas..yumm! My favorite thing to order back then was cheese enchaladas and spanish rice, and that still works today. I'm not a taco fan, but everyone I've ever taken here raves about the tacos. Great place to go.

Food isn't bad, but very Tex Mex. Restaurant has a great following for its maragaritas, and rightfully so. Parking's a little interesting, though. Local to westside. A good lunch stop, but the place is always busy.

Great price, service, and good tacos/appetizers. Conveniently located, plentiful parking, and large dining facility...cant beat the taco and margarita specials. The "Dippers" appetizer is nearly a meal in itself...While the weekday evening taco and margarita specials are the best in town, the service is also excellent...friendly, hard working, and efficient serving staff. The restaurant bar is fun, and the appetizers and specials are served there as well. An added bonus is the fact that the restaurant hours run later than most competing Mexican restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Senor Matias for those looking for good mexican food, a nice facility, great service, and reasonable prices.
