A bit disappointing to have to report about this incident at the Taco
Shop on Webb Rd since normally everything is good. On 10-30-07, about
5:30PM, I walked in to place my order when I observed one of the male employees
on the food line pulling up his shorts with the plastic gloves he had
on to handle the food. The worker adjusting his pants didn’t pother
me as much as not disposing of those gloves and getting new ones to handle
the food after he pulled up his pants. It would seem that food preparation
employees need to be reminded that the reason for gloves primarily
is for the purpose of keeping the workers germs off the food and not to
keep the employees hands from getting dirty.

The best thing about these restaurants is the food is VERY cheap
but also very tasty. Pretty hard to mess up a taco. Well worth the
value.
