This restaurant is now Sakura Restaurant of Japan.
I ate on the sushi side so I can only speak for it. The food was good, albeit
pricey, but that is fairly standard for a real Japanese restaurant.
The service was lousy, with the food taking in the neighborhood of half
an hour to reach the table and orders being mixed up.
Overall, not impressed.

Love the grilled steak and seafood. Salads are always fresh and tasty.

The food is definetly A+ QUALITY...It may be higher priced then the
other japanese rest. near by, but you get what you pay for here...The
quality of taste is something you expect to get at a high end restaurant
in larger cities..I'm a regualr now!!!

I go there regularly. The best Japanese food in town by far. Better soup,
better salad, better grilled food and definately better sushi. A couple
more dollars? So what, it's well worth it.

Great place to get awesome food. Prices are very expensive but you are
paying for an experience as well as the food. Great menu selections,
good service, and an overall fun place to go for a great dining experience.

The food was good, but Oh! those prices! The most expensive restaurant
in Topeka I've been to--but not the BEST restaurant by any
means.

IT WAS A FIRST FOR ME. MYSELF AND MY BF WENT THERE, HE HAD HAD THIS
KIND OF FOOD BEFORE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! THE CHEF WAS
ENTERTAINING AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN,
AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER, WE
DID HAVE TO WAIT AWHILE TO GET OUR DRINKS, BUT AFTER OUR DRINKS
CAME, WE WERE WELL TAKEN CARE OF.

This is the better of the two Japanese restaurants in Topeka.
They both have pretty much the same food, but the chefs and
atmosphere here are better. Also, their menu includes various
types of sushi, which is a plus if you like it.
