Minsky's hasn't been that good since the 1980's, and this one is no different. The food is mediocre and nothing else stands out about this restaurant. For chain-food pizza full of oil, you're better off with Pizza Hut. For chain-food pizza of quality, you're better off at Papa John's. For chain-food pizza that's cheap, you're better off at Little Caesars. For something in the middle on all of those categories, you could go to Dominos, which is simply more convenient for most because there are more locations. OVerall, there's just no reason to go to this restaurant before any others.

This Minsky's is located very close to Metro North Mall and should not be confused with the one near Barry Rd and I-29 like some reviewers have. I have eaten at both and they are basically the same. I actually prefer the one closer to the airport as opposed to this one. It seems the pizza and food always tastes a bit better at the other location then this one for some reason, but overall it is not too bad. This location is quite a bit newer then the I-29 spot.

Minsky's is a nice place to get a Pizza and watch a ball game. It's not the best Pizza in the world, but it more than satisfies. This Minsky's is a bigger place and so service isn't as good as some of the smaller restaurants, but the staff is still friendly and it has a nice little "To Go" entrance in the back if you're in a hurry. Not too far from the airport, it's great for visitors.

Excellent pizza! I enjoy this pizza as much as Papa John's, although Minsky's is a bit more greasy. Minsky's also seems a little more hand-made, which is great.

Simply the BEST pizza in KC! It's the only place I've found that compares to home (Boston MA)

I'm not real fond of Minskys, however; the pizza was better than most of the Minskys that I have been to. If you need a quick lunch while shopping, I'd recommend it.
