One of the all time best italian eateries in KC. It has been around for ever. It has some of the best cuisine around and the atmosphere is old time mafia feel. The food is great and staff is very attentive.

An institution of italian cuisine. Finest in the area. The old world charm takes you back to yesteryear, when times were simpler, and customer service took precedence. When in Kansas City, a must have every time.

Good italian in KC downtown. The food isnt the greatest, but the oldworld style is fun. You feel like Capone could walk thru the front door at any moment.

This place is an institution! I have never eaten better Italian food than here. Forget any other place. It is authentic. You would think Frank Sinatra ran this place back in the 50's. And it is still the same place. Food is wonderful, staff is wonderful. No question about the being the best Italian place around. Only problem is finding parking!

Great place to eat when in downtown KC - I have been there a few times and have never had a bad meal or service, even when the place is packed. One of the top Italian restaurants in KC!

This is a great place for that downtown business lunch meeting. Plan ahead, as it gets really busy over the lunch hour. Nice decor, a great meal and a long history in the KC downtown district. I can remember eating there more than thirty years ago and the food is still great (though the prices are significantly higher). Service is good but, plan on taking your full hour for lunch as it will take awhile after you have placed your order. But it is worth the wait.
