I had an absolute horrible experience dining here. I used to be a server for years and believe i am pretty fair when it comes to reviewing places. Ponticello's was the worst dining experience i have ever had. First of all, there was a black hair on my boyfriend's plate and he didn't realize it was there until almost finished eating his Roast Beef sandwich (which had about to slices of meat on it and wouldn't even fill up a child). Then on top of that the service was unbelievably horrible! Our waitress was reaching over my head the entire time to serve our party and elbowed me in the head at least once and didn't even apologize! She just kept reaching her arm right in front of my face to clear or serve the food. We had no refills on our water and were not asked if we cared for another drink after our first ones were finsished! It was a horrible experience and the food quality was not good. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Italian white tablecloth kind of place. Bread and toasted bread a must. Excellent food and good presentation. Relaxed atmosphere. Recommended highly. Try the linguini.
