I love Chicago deep dish, and this doesn't come close, but it is
VERY good.
Not the nicest looking place, in terms of decor. It's cramped and
dark.
This is good, salt o' the earth, Midwestern grub.

This is not Chicago-style deep dish pizza, nor is it anything like New
York-style thin crust pizza (to find that in the area, you have to go
to Racanelli's in St. Louis). Quatro's does use the freshest
ingredients in town. If you don't mind the bready, Midwest pizza
you'll find outside of the cities, this is your best choice in Carbondale.

Good flavorful pizza! However, when I attended SIU in the mid
1980's, the best pizza in Carbondale hands down was LaRoma's.

Great deep dish pizza! I'm an SIU alum and i can't tell you how many
times i've eaten there. Great salads too! Definitely a must-have
if you are ever down in the Southern Illinois area. :)

My mouth waters at the thought of one of their veggie specials.
To me, Carbondale means Booby's, Mary Lou's, and Quatros, not
necessarily in that order. Great pizza and great servers.

A very good place to eat for pizza lovers! People travel from miles
around to eat at Quatros. A nice atmosphere and very popular with
the students of SIU

The best Pizza in town, and possibly the midwest. This is a Pan
Pizza only so if your taste lean towards thin then try Italian
Village. Beer selection limited to the standard domestic and
imports. When ever in town I have a Quatros special and get one
to go so I can have it again when I get home.
