We arrived early on a Sunday night, not to many other patrons. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 kids. We waited 30 minutes before we could get someones attention to bring us drinks, then another 40 before our order was taken!! We saw families around us come and go, we would keep asking the cashier what was going on (she was the only one we could get ahold of) and when she would question the servers as to whos table ours was they would all just shrug their sholders and walk away!! We had 5 different servers that night, and needless to say our orders came out WRONG!! NEVER EVER WILL WE GO BACK!!!

This is ok for mexican and is so so on service. However there are much worse places you could choose. So be patient and order with out many special request and this might be a good dining experience.

This is a fun place to go eat. Although it isn't the best in P'cola, the service is reliable and the atmosphere is like no other.

I believe the best Mixican food is located in Denver but here in Pensacola, I would have to agree that Monterrys is the best. We have always received the best service and the food is very very good. If you want to know the name of the best mexican fodd in Denver Colorado you may email me.

Actually had pretty good Mexican food. Restaurant in next to the mall so we tried it on a whim and we were very impressed. You can get all the traditional mexican dishes at a good price

Very authentic Mexican food. Having traveled through Mexico extensively, I was very impressed with this restaurant. Most of the staff is Mexican as well, further adding to the authentic feel.

I have only eaten here for lunch..The food was great..a lot of portions (when I was 8 months pregnant, it filled me up :) ) It was one of my favorite mexican places since then and a year later remains still..

A true mexican restaurant, no chain resaurant here. The large area makes it fun for large or loud groups of people, no one notices. They have a very large menu to choose from which is good to a point, but very hard to decide what to get. Overall the food is good, not great but the prices make it a good buy.

Food here is good, and the service is above avarage, It is a little cold in the restaurant for my likeing, add a couple of drinks, and you will never no the difference. It's easy to get to, and there is plenty of parking space. If you can not make up your mind where to eat, this is simple. sincerely, thiake

The food was very good for not being in the southwestern U.S. Service was fast and waiters attentive. The atmospere at the Bayou Blvd. Restaurant is better than the Mobile Hwy one. The price is excellent, good food low price.
