Not only is Cabo's cheap, it has the best Mexican food in town.
In fact, I'm not usually a fan of Mexican cuisine, but Cabo's has
turned me into a regular.
Cabo's offers an extensive menu of unique, fresh, and healthy
items. Mexican dishes include gigantic burritos, heaping tostadas,
and a variety of tacos. Many can be prepared without meat, and
all are made without lard, making Cabo's a great alternative
for health-minded diners.
Besides authentic Mexican food, Cabo's has good seafood and
great grilled chicken dishes, as well as hamburgers, salads,
and pita sandwiches. The homemade black bean soup is delicious,
too!
The atmosphere at Cabo's is relaxed and fun. The decor is bright
and colorful, servers are laid-back, and the food is inexpensive.
