These types of places are fun to eat at. The sushi was very tasty
as was the sake. Good place for a date or a family night out. Kinda
expensive though.

Overall, I wouldn't quite call this a "world-class"
resturant, but considering the limited number of Asian-style
resturants to choose from in the area it is very well worth a look.
The sushi is quite good, but of course a high customer rate equals
fresh ingredients.

This a fine Japanese restaurant. While it lacks the upscale atomosphere
of Chizu, it has less of a wait, and the food is just as good. Personal
rule of thump when searching for Sushi, the ideal is to ine a restaurant
that has a frequent turnover. The more business mean the more
likely the that fish will be fresh. Do Not let this ppply in considering
ICHIBAN as a choice restaurant. The fish is fresh and does not
have the lingering "fishy" taste associated with
many of the the local Japanese restaurants.
