This was the most incredible dining experience i have encounted her in the great usa. The food was brillant, perfectly balanced ingredients, the way italian should be. It was an independently owned ristorante gushing with pride, authenticy and hard work! I recommend all food lovers to immediatly try and enjoy Francos's Cafe.

The best Italian food in Oakland COunty is in this quaint place on the South side of Rochester Rd. Franco the chef is a honest to god immigrant from Italy (Sicily if you ask him) and owner of the world's best fettucine alfredo. Nice wine list and kid friendly... you can find spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna for the little ones.
