I loved Joe's Crab Shack! I thought it was the best place ever! Then, I went to Nashville, Tennessee and I saw another! At first, I thought that this one moved to a new location, but I was informed that it's actually a CHAIN!!! Can you believe it?!?! I don't trust Joe's anymore. How many more could there possibly be? Which one is the real one? Good shrimp, but don't trust them if they say they are original.

This restaurant is a REALLY fun place! The decor is kind of campy

and the waiters/waitresses all wear various Joe's T-shirts

with cute slogans on them. Sometimes they have theme nights where

all the staff will be dressed alike ... like in togas. This is a

great place to bring the family for a birthday dinner or a graduation

party. The food was wonderful. I recommend the BBQ Dungeoness

Crabs and the Soft-shell Crabs when they are in season. Also,

ask if they have their Buffalo Crawdads on the appetizer list

... they are delicious! There is a kids menu and a full variety

of beverages.

The food was totally great and the fun atmosphere really let just kick back and relax. i was visiting for a wwedding and really was suprised at the places laid back fun additude.

This is a fun place to eat. The seafood is always fresh and wonderful. I like the variety of dishes they have as well. I love when the waiters come out and dance for everyone. You can't go wrong for a fun night out with friends at Joe's.

Great Restaurant!!! Best seafood in the state of NC... You cannot go wrong in this place....Joe the owner is one of the greatest people to speak with...I cannot eat seafood any where else
