I live next in Texas and have grown up eating REAL mexican food all my
life. The food here was fresh, hot, and excellent. Some of the best GUACOMOLE
i have ever had. Cheese enchiladas and nachos were perfect. Bathrooms and dining room were spotless, owner was on site and apparently
2nd or 3rd generation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. I didn't see the
other hateful review before I ate there, but none of what they reported
was true. Will go back whenever I am in Toledo as I go there on business
often.

Notice review #3 was posted by Frank V - This is the owner Frank Villa
- Th owner writes his own review now that is sick. Also notice he had others
write a review that same week! Thre was only one other review way before
he got others to boast about his place.
I have been to the place and now I see why he got others to write about it.
It was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The prices are now double
of what these reviews show here. The quailty was worse then I any mexican
eatery I have ever gone to. The photos looked great to bad the food was
so nasty.
I felt rushed even though there was only about 10 people in this place.
The girl taking my order seemed like she had better things to do then
answer my questions. Even the owner was talking on the phone the whole
time as the older women did most of the work. She looked tired and annoyed
having to do all the work.

I've been going to El Tipico for at least 30 years! In fact
I'm the sister in Idaho. Whenever I get back to visit my sister,
El Tipico is the first place we plan to go for thier excellant authentic
food. Even after being away for years at a time the
ownersof this family run business recognise us when we walk in
together! They really make you feel comfortably
and at home! If you skip El Tipico because you cannot have alcoholic
drinks with your food..
You are missing out of a wonderful eating experience!

I've been going to El Tipico's at least 30 years. When
hungry for good authentic food, this is where I go. I even get take
out when I visit my sister in Idaho so she can satisfy her craving
for the absolute best bean/cheese burritos and fresh salsa.
