Food was good, seafood is the reason to go. A bit busy the night we were there, and the service seemed a bit strained, but they kept up reasonably well. Wines and beers, with a reasonable wine list, but nothing too fancy. Fun.

The reviewer above must have been at Harpoon Hary's which is the beach bar that is attached to - next to The Breakers. The Breakers itself is a fine dining but not stuffy restaurant that has been on Panama City Beach for 25+ years. The food is fabulous along with the service. Great dining experience with a perfect floor to ceiling glass view of the Gulf.

Well to be honest I really didn't have much of a meal there but had a few drinks. The crowd was pretty friendly and everyone around us commented on the good meal/snacks. It seems like a fun place and I am sure I will be back.
