Very good traditional style pizza. Lots of reviewers are complaining about the location. This is not a tourist joint, this is a neighborhood restaurant. Just park as near as possible.

...I went to Sal Frederico's with a native local, and the service should have been a giveaway. It was a VERY long wait to have anyone take an order, and an even LONGER wait to get it, from drinks to dessert. (This was a Sat nite, with reservations, and filled to 50-60% capacity.) I would have been happier if I had stayed at home and opened a can of Hunts tomato sauce (and I really don't LIKE Hunt's!..)and poured it oatmeal...accompanied by the soles off my boots. sorry, folks, but I have only had worse Italian (but better service!) food in Cancun.

Don't really understand the popularity of this "banquet-like" restaurant...several friends love it -- there are too many other better places to go!
