Pizzas are artsy, and can be quite good. They can also miss. The pre-contrived pizzas are back to you quickly, and with a reasonable crust, and a sauce that is somehow just a bit bland. Interesting Tex-Mex pizza with black beans is actually quite good. Get the avocados on it, however. Entrees are just okay. I've had a few, and have some favorites, and now realize I shouldn't stray from the ones that work. Pasta is okay, and the specials can be good. Salads are average. Minimalistic wine list, a few beers on tap. Service is good (small place) and the atmosphere is actually fun.

One of our favorite places to enjoy food drink and friends is Pizza Bella. The staff is great at both locations. The Avon st restaurant is smaller and a less formal than the 29 north store where we go more often for dinner ( lunch is more fun at Avon ) You will be treated to great food and friendly people.

Don't go in here with just a few bucks for lunch or expect to get out in a lunch hour no way! Over priced and slow!!!
