as a "local" favorite.

Family-run in a converted row house a block off the main street in
this small somerset county town, Espo's menu - written nightly
on the chalk board - is full of Northern Italian standards that
you WISH your grandmother used to cook.
Braciole that melts in your mouth, eggplant that tastes like it
was on the vine that afternoon, and a generous side of pasta -
your choice of style and sauce - with every entree.
Service is fast and friendly, house wine is good, desert menu is
standard stuff.
Bring cash, they don't take plastic. Plan on waiting elbow to
elbow for a table Thursday thru Saturday. Espo's is longtime
local favorite!
