I gave this establishment an average rating, not because of the food, which I thought was above average, but because of the overall service. The lobby welcome was all right and then we were place in the dining room at a table that was not the most comfortable. Our server greated our table; similar to a greeting at a drive-thru window. My friend and I wanted a bottle of wine, but wanted to taste the wine first before making our selection into uncharted territory. The server said we only sell that by the bottle. That was all she said. She never came back to check on the table to see how our food was and she never even asked about our wine selection (we decided on Cabernet Sav - Woodbridge; not the twin oaks label, but just as good). She came back to the table to ask if we wanted dessert and when we said, not tonight, she placed the check on the table and walked away. A restaurant can serve the best food in the world, but if its service isn't there to back it up, it just doesn't do it for me. I would recommend that everyone try this restaurant though - give it a chance. May be we just had a bad egg. I will have to try it one more time. less
