Had a evening meal. Enjoyed a simple salad with crisp fresh lettuce,
tomatoes, etc. I had a meat lasagna, nice portions. My companions had
the vegetarian lasagna with an Alfredo sauce. Actually preferred
the the vegetarian lasagna, flavors were more complex. They served
very good bread with the meal. Very good service! They had a banquet
in room adjacent to us, they were busy with that, but did not neglect
us. Good family dining establishment!

Definately the best Italian restaurant in Lockport! This establishment
has been a local tradition for more than 55 years (so I hear). The
pasta, steaks and intersting specials are consistantly good.
It may be the only restaurant in town with a qualified chef (the
owner's son), he graduated from the CIA (culinary institute).
I know this because of the interesting write up inside the menu
explaining the family history. He prepares specials which you
can't find anywhere else around. The hosts make you feel at home
and the waitstaff is excellent. The atmosphere is very unique,
there are about 4 or 5 separate dining areas, each with different
decor. My favorate room is the room covered with grape vines.
I have only lived in Lockport for 10 years, by the sounds of it a
lot of DeFlippo's customers have been going there forever. A
nice family owned and operated Italian eatery...I love this
place and suggest it to anyone!

A very nice restaurant. Nice atmosphere and great food. The steaks
are excellent. The pasta dishes are very popular. I usually order
the steaks. I think they are the best. The roasted garlic is also
one of my favorite appetizers. Definitely a good choice.
