The food is decent, but the customer service is awful. We called in a take-out order last weekend, only to be told that no take-out orders were possible between 6-9 on Fridays and Saturdays, because "they didn't have enough staff." Hello? If you can put it on a plate, why not in a box? Very disappointing. They lost a sale because of it.

The food is excellent, the service is excellent. There is no waiting for a table. You get excellent portion sizes. The bread is excellent, the wine is excellent. The Shrimp Scampi has a wonderful aroma and is one of the best meals there besides the haddock.

Nice place for a special occasion or special treat. The service is very good. Soups and salads are excellent. I like the eggplant dishes. Good sauce. I also enjoyed the italian cookies with coffe for a nice ending to the meal.

Have eaten at this resaurant twice now and have yet to get a decent meal. The sauces are thin and lacking in flavor. The Lasagna noodles were overcooked and pasty. The ricot filling was overwhelming to the rest of the dish making it the only thing you could taste. Truly the worst I have ever eaten. My date had spaghetti and it contained the same tasteless sauce. The meatball tasted like a combination of 35% cardboard, 35% breadcrumbs and 30% misc meat products which defied description. The sausage was edible but certainly not one from one of the super suppliers that are availible in this area. The first time I ate there and had a poor quality meal I layed it to the choice I had made. Two strikes at an a low quality food overpriced resturant is all they get from me. With so many GOOD Italian restaurants, I'm amazed they are still in business. Very thankful this second time there was with a gift certificate.

This is an excellent up-scale italian restrant. A step above the Olive Garden but so are the prices. Very good food. They have very good service and will re-do an item without so much as a blink. I highly recommend this place if your in town for a visit and want good food.

The food is very good and the service is friendly and quick. For some excellent Italian cuisine Rico's should be on your list. It is a little out of the way, so most people seem to find it by word of mouth. Parking on a busy night isn't all that pleasant but the food makes it worth the trip.
