Doug's was a regular stop for me on my way home
from work at Cornell on Friday night---
best fish and chips in CNY !!

You couldn't get a better batter fried fish sandwich if you
were on the coast. Portions are generous. I particularly like
the chowders. The staff can quickly dispatch a hungry lunch crowd.
(Yes, you pick up your order at the counter and find your own seating)
In the summer you can eat outside, AND they deliver. I may have
only given this place 3 stars, but that's only on a scale in
competition with true 5 star dining. For a fast food fish place,
Doug's is 1st rate.

Great food fast ( this place can keep up with the fast food pace).
You have to go to the counter to pick up your food but over all it
is a great place to eat.
Fresh fish (tasty)
Scalops (done just right)
Shrimp (salty, but edible)
coney dogs (the best)
