I was really happy with food and service of Hiro. I am Japanese and I know what is REAL. Hiro serve REAL Japanese food, not FAKE Japanese like Ichiban. I didn't try any hibachi things, but I was watching hibachi guy and I thought it was very questionable. Well, Hibachi is notreally Japanese food though. Great atomosphire, good food.

Always a little difrent eating asian food but it was good. A bit of a lenghthy wait but worth the while don't know if it was only because i was hungry but every time i sit there and wait with my stumach rumbling when it finaly comes it doesent even mater how long i waited i was happy to be eating. Good service at a reasonable price, thwese days it's getting all expensive but hey that's the way the cookie crumbles.

My first time at a plce where they cook right in frount of you. I think more places should do it, was great and the cook was very personable. We all really had a good time!! the place was really busy but it felt like we were the only table there

One of the better Japanese restaurants in the area, but that isn't saying much. If you want real Japanese food, you probably have to head to New York City. If you like the hibachi table show, then this is probably the best place in the area for you. One thing that I find annoying about this place is it is so hard to find them open. They open late and close early, so if you want to relax and enjoy your meal you better arrive between about 6 and 7:30 pm. Even then, at 6:00 they may be just setting up.
