The food is quite good for "Americanized" Mexican
food. The service is remarkable. I have never seen as efficient
an operation.

One of the "nicer" Mexican restaurants in the area. However,
the food just doesn't measure up. What they lack in taste they
make up in friendliness.
Worth a try.

I thought the food here was great. The atmosphere is wonderful
from the decor to the karaoke bar. Plenty of food and still have
a doggy bag.

Viva juan is remarkable in no way. It is just another ina long line
of mexican restaurants. essentially this place is good but completely
averagethe food tends to look somewhat plain to the eye, and taste
wise other than occasionally being spicy is bland in taste.
