One of my favorite places. much better than the chain type of places
(benihana) which use some weird kind of spices. HUGE portions. staff
is friendly. wait will be long if you don't have a reservation.
Kid friendly.

I recently went to the one located in Atlas Park, Queens. Now, this is
their newest location. The restaurant is a bit unknown because this
shopping center is not finished. But, this restaurant is a hidden treasure.
Everything from the first entrance to the check was wonderful. The
hibachi chef did an amazing job with the cooking and the entertainment.
The food was amazing. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and steak. the
taste was to die for. The meal comes with a soup in a little kettle that
was creative and tasteful. Even my 10 year old son loved the food (and
he is very picky). This will not be our last visit.

The renovations here were refreshing and gave the place a nice
facelift. The food was great and the chef put on a nice display.
No one dropped knives or spilled oil on my dress... I guess I dont
attract that kind of energy. Overall I highly recommend the resturant.

after eating at many hibachi restaurants this was by far the worst
ever!! i found a black hair in my salad, the 20 piece sashimi plate
came with 16 pieces when i complained about it they made up an excuse
and refused to give me the extra pieces. The hibachi chef dropped
his knife while trying to put on a show and splashed oil on my wifes
dress, and this was all on Valentines Day!!! Way to ruin a evening
shiro!! If you want decent hibachi food then go to benihanas down
the road.

This restaurant was very enjoyable for me. The food was great
and they even cooked right on your table. The prices were a bit
high but you really do get what you pay for here. The only thing
is, if you decide to go out on a romantic date, this isn't the place
to take her. People you don't know sit at your table with you and
I doubt that you'd want to say I love you and then have the kid across
the table throw a piece of terriyaki chicken down your dates blouse.
Overall, great food and a great atmosphere. Enjoy.
