This place is now called the Pelican club, but will not be there in Jan 2006. They are making way for some more condo space from what I read in the local paper. It's a shame.

in a hotel situated in cape may in most local's opinion the most defined of them all. you know when your at the shore yet have the service and professionalism of a 4 star in philly that your at the right place.nice portions and never without a doubt to tempt you to go back again

Could not get a reservation at any other place and just went in. Thought we were not dressed up enough to get in but we were seated. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The service was good and the food was very tasty. We go back every time we stay at Cape May. A way for couples to get in a romantic setting!

A great loocation, wonderful views of the ocean from the Top of the Marquis de Lafayette Hotel. Elegant by Cape May's often casual standards. Solid menu, good service. We have fond memories of this restaurant, my first taste of lobster bisque, it was. Good wine list.

A very lovely restaurant with a great view. Interesting mural on one wall that needs looking at closely to find surprises! Tje food was wonderful, the staff nice and the place was spotless. Situated on the top floor of the Marquis de Lafayette Hotel (a very nice place to stay, by the way) it is a must visit place for my husband and me. The breakfast buffet there is also terrific.
