I used to dine at this location when it was "The Italian Table". The food was good, the location was convenient, but when it became "Our Place", boy did things change. Our Place has a great menu, everything on it is delicious. I promised myself I would come back until I tried everything on it. The food was only half the reason for my terrific dining experience, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the people are so friendly you can't help but feel comfortable. A great place to meet & eat, especially if you can leave room for one of their outrageous desserts!

Your place? My place? I know, let's go to Our Place! Sorry about that...I'm getting hungry again. Anyway, we've enjoyed Our Place for dinner many times over the last several years. It's a bit out of the way (Rt. 94 N, south of Newton) so it's frequented primarily by locals. The dinners are Italian (do I go to an awful lot of Italian restaurants, or is it my imagination?) but steak or rib specials are not uncommon. The current owners have obviously worked hard to create a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. Every so often one of the owners will step out to see how things are going and greet customers personally, which adds a nice touch. I'd recommend Our Place if you're looking for chance to get out, relax, and enjoy some quality dining.

Our Place is exactly what it's name suggests, a place that seems like your own living room. The staff is friendly and pleasant and the owner, Stephen, has a great sense of humor, gets to know everyone by their first name and is meticulous about details. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet with oldies as very very distant background music. The food is first rate and you can't go wrong with anything you order. Appetizers are generous size and delicious. Delmonico steaks are almost always on the menu and come exactly as ordered. The pasta and Italian food are mouthwatering. If you have enough room left you have to have one of their desserts like "Dark Side of the Moon" or Reese's Peanunt Butter Pie. Prices are very reasonable. You'll want to come back.
