I have ordered from Dragon PhoeniX for quite some time now. Generally
I never have any problems except having to wait at the drive through
for 30 minutes for my pickup order. This last time my family placed
an order the food tasted like cleaner or some kind of bad oil they
cooked the food in. It was disgusting and not even edible as we
threw out about $25 worth of food. They refused to replace the
food and then tried to tell me it was just a little under cooked
and play it off. I mean it tasted like they sprayed cleaner on the
food and then put it in the containers. The manger was decent with
me at first then proceeded to get rude on the phone as I was police
to them. They passed the phone around to several people who work
there then proceeded to hang up on me after saying some kind of
curse words that I couldn't distinguish. I am appauled!
Great way to keep a loyal customer!

This place is not my favorite by any means. The rice was extremely
greasy and the so-called savory dishes were quite bland. Our
table we were shown to was sticky as well. Try this restaurant
at your own risk.

This is place is nasty, plain and simple. Like Stacey Suryoputro
says, if you are into mass quantities without caring about the
flavor, well then this is the place. Ive been in there twice,
the first time wasn't a good experience but they were busy so I decided
to give them another chance and it was just as bad. The place is
dirty, the plates are dirty and the food taste old. The food is
either soggy or hard as a rock. It doesnt have my vote!
