I ordered a veggie omelet without cheese and it came with cheese; no
big deal. When pointing this out to the waiter, though, he assured me
(without looking at my plate)that there was no cheese in my omelet.
Asked to talk to the manager who, when she came out, did not introduce
herself, did not ask what the problem was, but began the conversation
immediately with the comment "My chef has been here for years
and if he says there is no cheese in your omelet then there is no cheese".
She, too, did not bother to look at my plate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
ASTOUNDING WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A WAIT
STAFF AND MANAGEMENT STAFF!

Good food service was horrible. They were slow in responding to drink
orders. The manager Matt was rude and verbally abusive. I sat by the
windows and watched my server text messaging in the back while we sat
with empty glasses and no bread service. They failed to deliever all
the ordered food. When I had the nerve to question the manager he was
confrontational. The server slammed the refill drinks on the table
and never returned. This was my first and last time I will dine there.
I should stick with Ruth's Chris and the Capital Gille. If any readers
decide to go regardless of my comments be sure to request Amante's
section. He is one of a few good servers in the place. I guess I just came
across a lousy one.
