Excellent Food. Poor Customer Service and Poor Management. We ordered their special fried rice with boneless chicken...well, it had bones in it (large, 1", 1/8" thick, sharp ends). I told my daughter (<10 yrs old) to stop eating immediately for fear hers might have bone(s) too. We called and asked for replacement. They refused. We could hardly believe. We drove there, brought in the remaining fried rice with one of the bones and asked them to simply give us a new box of rice. They still refused, claiming management didn't have the power to even replace the fried rice for which we paid $12.75 (expensive, top quality). We said 'do you mean to tell us if we were sitting here you would not replace the rice? we paid top dollar for this rice, it does not cost you $12.75' and they still refused. Pitiful for such an otherwise impressive restaurant. Wait time was excessive, too.

I love dining here. If I don't go to the restaurant, I can order delivery. The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly. And I never have to wait for a table like at some other restaurants. My experiences here have always been great, and its one of my favorites in Eugene.

Excellent food at this restaurant - I've been a customer for 12 years, and have yet to find better Chinese food (of this style)anywhere in Oregon! The Mar Far Chicken is the absolute best - it is offered on the bar menu with fries, and in the regular restaurant as an entree or as part of a combination dinner. The Barbequed Pork appetizer is excellent, as are the Won Tons. I've yet to have anything at this restaurant that I might consider below average. The best part about Kowloons is that they deliver to a large part of the Eugene-Springfield metro area. They also operate Tsunami Club, a dance club/bar which has comedy night every Saturday (reservations strongly recommended), and the restaurant has a decent view of the bike path and park, the mill race - complete with ducks and other wildlife. <br> Highly recommended!

I went there for lunch and found a band aid in my egg flower soup. It was terrible. The only good thing is, I didn't get charged for my soda (if you can call that good).

Very good food with large servings. Great location with nice views of the Alton Baker park and waterway from the tables.
