Hey, this is an interesting place. Informal, southern influence restaurant. It's right near a bunch of shopping. Good place to stop for lunch.

Now, I'm a man that likes to have fun as much as the next guy, but this is too much even for me. If the atmosphere was toned down a little bit, and there weren't children running rampent all over the place, I would have given this place 4 stars. The food is excellent, and the variety of sauces were a tantalizing treat to these too jaded tastes, but please don't try to be something that you aren't. Either you are a family restaurant, or you are a casual social restaurant. It's vey hard to cater to the adult and still maintain the level of fun that children do, and unfortunately, you guys didn't do it. If it ellowed down a bit, I would go back in a heartbeat, but until then, it's just one of those sacrifices I'm going to have to make.

This place is good for adults to eat a meal and drink, but they also try to provide for children. ORDER the trash can special!!!! That is the best meal for your money, and it has made this restaurant stand out as one of the restaurants I would like to attend a few more times!!!!

Generally i found the atmosfeer most pleasent i went with my ex girlfriend as we usualy do the tours of florida restaurants in winter and the atmosfeer was the best id say also quite generous portions i am a man with a little appetite and felt quite satisfied with the general food, atmosfeer, service although a weighter nearly spilt some water on me but i found it quite amusing i give it the thumbs up good place.

Incredible atmosphere! The staff is extremely friendly, food is fabulous, and they have a SANDBOX! Fun music plays inside, with the option to eat outside by the sandbox (perfect for the kids... they run off and you can have a semi-romantic dinner still). They offer six special bbq sauces that each have unique and delicious tastes. I've been many times (15+) and have never had an entree that wasn't top notch: Crab, Pulled Pork & Chicken, 24oz. MAI TAI's!!! Definitely suggest everyone on Oahu take a trip to Dixie.
