Excellent! Visited here twice and we will return.
The restaurant, although unimpressive when you first drive off Hwy 29,
is very homey and warm inside. The tables are set in rooms throughout
this restored home. Request a table by the fireplace on a cool
evening.
The food was excellent and service great. One really impressive thing
from our last visit was the wine list. They actually had some bottles
of the top-rated 1992 Hess Collection Cabernet Sauvignon at a VERY
reasonable price! To top that off, they serve wines from their
"captain's list" in Ridell glasses! We were in heaven!
Two very enjoyable evenings - we'll be back!
