I've had nothing but good experiences here. My family has eaten
here for years and it has been consistently good., Not as good as Fla
bar bq but that is a peronal preference.

This is a destination BBQ joint for many Oklahomans. Real food!
Homemade french fries, pies, and meat. If you like meat this is
it. Vegitarians keep quiet in this place.

Bob's is a great restaurant that has expanded it's field.
It started in Ada, I believe, and lives up to itself wherever you
go. Great atmosphere, great food, and great atmosphere at an
affordable price! Wonderful place to eat!

Having worked for the original owners for 18 years, I am still
amazed at the out right lies that still float around. The previous
review is false in so many of it's statements.
It is still illegal in the State of Oklahoma to slander either
a person or business.
I am well aquanted with this business, and can assure you, the
kitchen has NEVER had 'little white bugs' or any other insect
or rodent problems, though the urban legend keeps proliferating,
generally from people who suffer from delusions of grandeur,
and feel they have not been accorded the majesty they crave.
The kitchen is extremely clean, they have NEVER been shut down
by osha, the health dept. or any govt. entity.
If rating a public business, please try to get facts accurate,
since, you could end up in court.
The food is basic southern barbecue. There have been several
owners since Bob's death, and the owners now are slowly coming
to understand, the public wants to sit down, and be waited on i ...

If you can get past the fact that this restaurant has been shut
down by OSHA more times than should be allowed, then you could
say the food is about on the standard of what most dogs turn their
nose up at (which mine did). This place disgusts me. The atmosphere
is dingy, looking like a third-world grotto in south Havana.
You have to get past the tripe they call food and the cavern-like
appearance (wet, musty, and full of small white crawling things)
too. The service treats you with the respect that a New York cop
shows the 43rd street gutter trash. Seriously, this place is
bad...I've given it three tries over the past year and it actually
got progressively worse. There are reasons it burned two or three
times...I think it was God trying to tell everyone something...

When this restaurant changed ownership many of it's fans (which
include the govenor) thought the fabulous taste they had known
and loved was gone. However this was not to be. The owners tranferred
the receipe along with the restaurant. This is one of the greatest
and most relaxing atmospheres in the Ada area. The portions are
huge and the foods are all fresh made. The service is usually great,
but on busy nights you sometimes aren't taken care of as you might
like to be. Overall this is one great restaurant.
